I bring over 25 years of combined management consulting and industry experience. I currently serve as the Vice President at iPaySmart, a fintech startup, where I help turbo-charge business growth and operations, managing regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risks, to achieve the desired scale and business outcomes.

Prior to iPaySmart, I served as the Corporate AVP Digital Transformation Leader for Pacific Life, a Fortune 500 financial services organization, where I was responsible for enterprise digital strategy and governance and led major initiatives across functional areas to achieve targeted business outcomes.

Prior to Pacific Life, I held the role of Director at KPMG, where I sold and delivered multi-million-dollar business & technology transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients across hi-tech, automotive, and financial services industries. I started my career in IT and have over 10 years of progressive engineering and management experience in India, South Korea, and Japan.

I am passionate about bringing people, process and technology together to achieve business growth, operational excellence and customer delight, while mitigating risks. I hold an MBA from the University of California at Irvine and undergraduate degree in Information Technology from University of Delhi.
